You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Item must be returned in original packaging with all included components.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- We only cover return shipping if we sent the wrong item.
Approved returns are routed through our international logistics network and handled by our main warehouse facility in Asia.

Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or color, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non returnable items
- Items used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the reason.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
